Terms for the directory, the Uprouter Connect gateway, compute, and free directory submissions.

last updated: August 27, 2026

// 1_informational_service

UPROUTER.ONLINE is an informational directory. Directory data — prices, free-tier values, risk tiers, confidence scores, status probes — is provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose. Pricing changes frequently and without notice; our figures are normalized snapshots with verification timestamps, not live quotes. Before purchasing anything, verify current terms with the provider directly. Uprouter is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using directory data.

// 2_gateway_intermediary_terms

Uprouter Connect is a routing intermediary: it forwards your OpenAI-format or Anthropic (Claude)-format requests to upstream providers you choose (using your keys in BYOK mode, or pooled access where offered) and meters usage against your Uprouter compute balance.

  • Upstream ToS compliance is your responsibility. You are responsible for complying with each upstream provider’s terms of service when your requests are routed to them — including their usage policies, rate limits and data-handling rules. Uprouter does not monitor or enforce upstream terms on your behalf.
  • No illegal use. You may not use the gateway for unlawful content or activity, to attack or probe systems without authorization, to generate material that violates applicable law, or to circumvent provider restrictions beyond what those providers permit.
  • Metering applies to successful requests only. Compute is charged for requests that the upstream provider successfully processes (HTTP 2xx). Failed upstream requests (provider errors, timeouts, no-route) are not charged. The gateway applies a transparent multiplier, shown on each provider entry, to cover routing overhead.
  • Keys carry default per-minute rate limits; abusive patterns may be throttled to protect pooled capacity and upstream relationships.
// 3_compute_terms

Uprouter compute is an internal prepaid balance usable only for gateway usage and related platform features. The essential terms:

  • No cash value. Compute is not money, not a financial instrument, and not a store of value.
  • Non-transferable. You cannot sell, swap, or move compute between accounts.
  • Non-withdrawable. Compute cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, or payouts, ever.
  • Rates and amounts change prospectively only. Grant amounts, check-in rewards, multipliers and pricing may change over time. Changes never apply retroactively: your earned transaction history and existing balances are never re-valued to claw back value granted under prior rates.
  • Expiry policy is disclosed at grant time. Whether compute expires is an admin-configurable setting shown when you earn it; if an expiry window applies, it is printed on the grant itself and on your balance page. If nothing is disclosed, compute does not expire.
  • Fraud, clawback & ban with appeal. Compute earned via falsified evidence (fake screenshots, duplicated proof, coordinated farming) is clawed back. Accounts engaged in fraud may be banned; every ban can be appealed by email to contact@uprouter.online and is reviewed by a human. Honest mistakes are refunded on appeal.
// 4_listing_submission_terms
  • Listing submission is free. There is no fee, no payment gate and no payment processor anywhere in the submission or publication pipeline.
  • Inclusion is an editorial decision on the merits, never sold. Editors review each submission for data quality, verifiability and fit, and decide whether to publish it. Nothing can be paid to guarantee publication, favorable data, favorable placement or favorable risk scoring — because there is nothing to pay with.
  • Rejection comes with a reason. The only gate in the pipeline is editorial: a declined submission is rejected with a stated reason, and a corrected submission may be resubmitted through the same free form.
  • Published submissions get no advantage. Editorially selected entries meet exactly the same data standards as every other entry — same source URLs, same verification dates, same neutral sorting — and can be rated high-risk like any other entry.

These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced on the journal. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. The service is operated by the UPROUTER.ONLINE team — contact address: contact@uprouter.online.
