// what_to_include
  • Provider correction

    The entry URL (e.g. /s/openrouter), what’s wrong (price, free-tier value, status), and the official source URL that proves it — a pricing page link is usually enough. Corrections that check out are applied and journaled publicly.

  • Takedown request

    Your relationship to the provider (employee, counsel, owner), the entry URL, and the specific claims you dispute. We respond to every good-faith takedown request and correct or remove entries where the evidence supports it.

  • Partnership / listing inquiry

    Your company, domain, and what you’re proposing. Note: listing submission is free — inclusion is an editorial decision on the merits and is never sold; nothing changes data or placement (see about and terms).

// response_expectations

We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Corrections with verifiable sources are usually fastest; takedowns that require verification can take longer. We don’t respond to sales pitches that ignore the editorial-independence policy, and we can’t provide support for third-party providers’ own products — for API issues, contact the provider directly (every directory entry links their official site).

> appeals for banned accounts or clawed-back compute are always read by a human — include your account email and what you believe was misjudged.
