> CLIProxyAPI
Open-source Go proxy server (MIT license, router-for-me/CLIProxyAPI) that wraps CLI subscriptions - Google Antigravity/Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT Codex (GPT series), Anthropic Claude Code, xAI Grok Build, Moonshot Kimi - and exposes them as OpenAI (incl. Responses), Gemini (incl. Interactions), Claude, Codex and Grok compatible API endpoints. OAuth login flows, multi-account round-robin load balancing, streaming/non-streaming/WebSocket, function calling, multimodal input, Management API, and an embeddable Go SDK. Self-hosted; users bring their own upstream accounts/keys. Desktop wrapper: EasyCLIProxyAPI.
Free tier present — value not quantified
This provider offers a free tier, but its terms don’t convert cleanly into a USD figure (e.g. request-count limits or capacity-dependent pools). We refuse to print a misleading zero here. See the note below and the official pricing page for the exact limits.
note: Software is free (MIT); access to upstream models depends on user-provided subscriptions/API keys, no credits or prices from the proxy itself.
No plan rows recorded yet — check the official pricing page.
Pricing normalized from public sources — always verify with the provider.

$ Does CLIProxyAPI have a free tier?
Yes — CLIProxyAPI offers a free tier. Always confirm current limits on CLIProxyAPI's official pricing page — free tiers change without notice.
$ How much does CLIProxyAPI cost per 1M tokens?
CLIProxyAPI does not publish simple per-1M-token pricing (it may bill per request, per output, or via a subscription plan). Check their official pricing page for exact figures.
$ Is CLIProxyAPI safe to use?
Uprouter rates CLIProxyAPI as medium risk. Free MIT self-hosted proxy, but it reuses other vendors' OAuth sessions (Codex/Claude Code/Gemini/Grok CLIs) for API-style access - ToS gray zone with account-ban risk; no paid service component. Risk ratings are editorial, evidence-based, and never influenced by affiliate relationships.
$ Can I use CLIProxyAPI through Uprouter Connect?
CLIProxyAPI is not marked Connect-compatible in our catalog yet. You can still use their API directly, or request compatibility via /submit.
Raw community sentiment, shown unblended. Votes never feed into objective data fields like price, risk, or status — and never into sort order.

Uprouter runs its own probes; best-effort, not a guarantee. Probe results depend on our network location and cadence — for production, always use the provider’s own status page.

Confidence reflects how much verifiable evidence (official docs, probe history, community reports) backs this entry. Risk is our editorial assessment of operator reliability and terms — not financial advice.
